After 10 cohorts, Leadership Potter County (LPC) has had a makeover!  The revamped program is a great opportunity for residents from throughout Potter County to learn about themselves, participate in collaborative experiences and engage in opportunities to become more civic minded.

. Whether it’s coaching Little League, serving on a non-profit board, or being part of an organization or committee, one of the most critical needs in the county is strong leadership. Leadership Potter County 2020 will help participants expand their personal leadership skills, introduce them to key issues currently facing the region, and provide them with an understanding of future trends that may impact their community.

Over the course of twelve months, LPC 2020 will cover important topics that teach participants about their own leadership styles and connect them to valuable resources in the county. Another benefit of the program is meeting, networking and forming relationships with cohort members and county residents in their various roles.

The LPC mission statement is: “The mission of the Leadership Potter County program is to educate and develop a continuous group of leaders who have a strong sense of self-awareness, can work collaboratively with others, and who are civically and socially engaged for the greater good of Potter County.” Leadership Potter County 2020 is scheduled to begin in January 2020.
