A Shinglehouse man is being charged with strangulation, simple assault and harassment4 for a domestic violence incident allegedly occurring last Friday morning at a home on Route 44 in Sharon Township. State police claim 32 year old Daniel Terrette placed both of his hands a round a woman’s neck constricting her airway and impeding her breathing during an argument. Strangulation is now a stand alone crime in Pennsylvania.
State police have also arrested 28 year old Katrina Vanocker of Roulette for harassment. Troopers claim a verbal argument between Vancocker and a 24 year old Roulette woman turned physical with Vanocker shoving the victim causing her to stumble over a chair.
Kane based state police have issued a warrant for the arrest of an East Smethport man for assault. Authorities allege 30 year old Danielle Reed of Port Allegany was physically assaulted by her boyfriend of 25 year old Austin Tankersley during an argument at 2906 Route 155 during an argument yesterday afternoon. Tankersly fled the residence on foot. Police were summand by a friend with whom Reed had left a voice mail stating she needed help. The victim was taken to Bradford Regional Medical Center so her injuries could be photographed as evidence.
Troopers at Kane did not release the suspect’s name but report a 48year old Smethport woman is facing harassment charges after slapping a 47year old man in the face at least three times while they argued Monday night at a home on Route 6 in Keating Township.
Two Ulysses woman are being charged with disorderly conduct for damage their horses did to property on Fox Hill belonging to a 77 year old Ulysses woman. Troopers explained horses owned by 19 year old Aleixis Morse and 24 year old Danielle Hall left several hoof prints and piles of manure on the property last Thursday night.
State police at Kane are looking for a thief who stole a Christmas Card from a mailbox on Sun Valley Road in Annin Township prioe to Christmas. |The card, addressed to a 60 year old Eldred man contained $100 in cash. Anyone with information is asked to call state police at 814.778.5555.
DUI and related charges are being filed against 27 year old Natasha Canfield of Port Allegany by state police at Coudersport. Troopers allege when they stopped Canfield’s 2002 Chrysler on North Street in Roulette ;on December 15 they found her in possession of drugs.
DUI charges are also being filed against 34 yearold Ervin Tomb of Harrison Valley. Coudersport based state police allege when they stop0ped his 1992 Crysler onRoute 49 on the night of Decemer 14, they found him driving under the influence and in violation drug laws.
